Sepsiss' art and music isn’t made for popularity or moral praising. We actually don’t manufacture our ideas or music for everyone. So...when we say we are inclusive, for example, we don’t mean pedophiles, racists, and abusers. 

 

Everythjng that we say and do, we do shamelessly, boldly, publicly, obviously, and openly--so people will not be confused about who we are in real life (with no skeletons in our closet). 

The majority feels like they have to live up to that. We are not the majority of people or bands.  We are the rare minority of bands that are not in the business of Music in order to acquire everyone else’s approval. 

 

We are not asking for anyone’s permission to have our own ideas, our own sound design, or to share our goals. Our existence and purpose doesn't require anyone to agree with us or to imagine that we are on somebody's "good side" or "team." What we are doing doesn’t require "certain types of people" or "fancy people" in order to authenticate us. We don’t belong to anyone's church or army, and we are certainly not on parole or probation.

 

Some people like our music, our explicit content/images, and our bold message with clear English. Certainly not everyone. Our posts and our words can sometimes be explicit...but our existence, our skin color, and our bodies are not. 

Some people won’t like our music and therefore they should not listen to it. Some people won’t like our images/messages and therefore they should ignore them completely. 

 

For those of you that are brand new to our band, Sepsiss, or claim you don’t like/don't want to see our content--let’s make this perfectly clear:

This is our page and we can do or post whatever we choose to on our own pages. We can do this as often as we want or at any intensity that we can possibly manufacture. No one is asking (or forcing) you to watch our social media or browse our website.

 

Anyone who doesn’t like our content can go make their own pages and music, compose their own words, and make their own posts on their own social media. They can also unfollow people they don't want to see or hear from. Go ahead and make a page about us (or post how much you disagree about us) on your own pages! We love it. 🖤💕

 

Our songwriting, our lyrics, and our views are about our own personal story/beliefs and we print them inside the music, our art, and social media posts. Our music isn’t about your life. Our posts are not about you. We make our music about us.
 

We don’t force people to be here or corner people into thinking that they like us. We don't trick you into listening to our music. If anything, we make ourselves obvious enough so that the wrong people can avoid us completely.

 

Sepsiss' goals can't be satisfied (or manufactured) by the fact that fans (or strangers) may not like us. Our band (and our path) can not be pressured or determined by how much our friends/family like our music.

 

Our musical path is not aligned with chosen people. We do not celebrate special kings, mythological heroes, politicians, Ronald McDonald, the Easter Bunny, or any other magical heroes or invisible creatures. 

 

We don’t pray to people, people-please, or cater to/worship celebrities, greed, nationalism, skin/eye colors, consumerism, or folklore. We do not celebrate or support any kind of ideas about supremacy, rulership, religious groups, puritan traditions, or colonialism. 

 

Our music is about having the ability to recognize mankind when we see humanity. It's about co-existing in the natural balance and mutual fairness/decency--which is provided by the forces and reality of nature, alongside science-based objectives and truths.

 

Treat others the way that you, yourself, would want to be treated. The rights that you enjoy should be mutual (and equal) to all versions of humanity.
