📦 Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products):
Eligible Items: Apparel, CDs, Vinyl, Posters, and Accessories.

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at [booking@sepsiss.com] with your order number and reason for return.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Non-returnable items:

Sale items and limited-edition merchandise (unless defective).

Items marked final sale.
🔁 Defective or Wrong Items:
Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged? No problem!

Include a photo and description of the issue.

We'll replace the item or offer a refund, depending on availability.
💻 Digital Products (Downloads, Music, etc.):
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges on music downloads, digital tickets, or other digital content unless required by law.

If you have trouble accessing your download, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
🎁 Gifts:
If you received a Sepsiss item as a gift, we’ll do our best to help with exchanges. Please include proof of purchase or details from the original order.
